Use of the Facial Delight muscle trainer
Before exercise, apply a simple facial cream to the mouth. Now stretch 1 elastic band with 2 fingers,
pull it over one end of the trainer and connect both middle parts, as described in the booklet that
comes with every muscle trainer.
Make sure the device works properly by pressing it a couple of times with 2 fingers – it should move
easily and smoothly. If it doesn’t, the elastic band is touching the steel beams. Pull the band into
the designated grooves.
Now position the trainer horizontally between the corners of the mouth and start your 2-minute
training session. Press the device firmly together by forming a small “O”, then slowly relax. Please
do this exercise only for 2 minutes, not longer! More is not more, but rather worsens the result.
Any personal fitness instructor will confirm this.
Muscle build-up always starts slowly! As a beginner, you should do this exercise about 60 times
during these 2 minutes, after a while you can increase to about 120. During training the head
should be slightly stretched and elevated to tauten the neck muscles.
Repeat the exercise again in the evening. After 4–5 weeks you work with 2 elastic bands at the
same time, i.e. you double the resistance to achieve a better result. Training with 1 elastic band
prepares your “weak” facial muscles for working with 2 bands. Only then does the real effect begin.
Slacken the elastic bands after each use and rinse the trainer under lukewarm water. The bands
can be left on the beam and no further cleaning is necessary. After 1–2 weeks the elasticity of
the bands decreases, which also shows that you have been training diligently. Remove the old
bands and put on new ones. Always train with 2 elastic bands.

Keep it in a conspicuous place so that training becomes a daily ritual. The 2 training sessions should
be at least 7 hours apart as muscle toning takes place only in the resting phase (super-compensation
period).
The following additional exercise can be introduced into your program after a few weeks:
- Form the usual “O”, i.e. you press the muscle trainer together with your own increased muscle
strength and push the chin forward. It looks funny – resembling a fish mouth – but this exercise
is incredibly effective, as it assists the reduction of an incipient double chin or prevents it from
developing.
During weight loss – for whatever reason – the muscle trainer should definitely be used, as the
results of weight loss are first to be seen in the face in the form of slack muscles. It is indeed
